Alien FPS şi RPG anunţate de SEGA

De numele ăsta chiar nu mai auzisem de ceva vreme! Iar dacă trecem cu vederea corciturile din seria Aliens vs. Predator (bestiale de altfel), a trecut şi mai mult de când nu am mai văzut un joc Alien pur-sânge, bazat doar pe cvadrilogia cinematografică. Dar aşa cum ne informează azi SEGA, aceştia au de gând să reînvie seria cu mai multe titluri next-gen, în urma semnării unui acord de licenţă cu Twentieth Century Fox (care abia săptămâna trecută licenţiaseră drepturile pentru un joc MMO Firefly). Momentan există două jocuri în faza de pre-producţie, respectiv un first-person shooter şi un role-playing game, primul dintre ele urmând să apară în 2009, iar celălalt sperăm înainte de Duke Nukem Forever.

Nici o altă informaţie despre FPS-ul sau RPG-ul Alien nu a fost oferită, aşa încât nu putem decât să speculăm care dintre studiourile deţinute de SEGA vor fi însărcinate cu dezvoltarea acestor jocuri (pentru Sports Interactive sigur nu bag mâna în foc).

SEGA a mai spus doar atât: site-ul Aliens - luaţi-l, holbaţi-vă, abonaţi-vă la newsletter şi comentaţi pe forum până vi se acreşte.

Uff... iar avem ce aştepta una bună...
