Overlord te va face Evil... sau foarte Evil!

Creatorii seriei Age of Wonders, Triumph Studios, au căzut la mica înţelegere cu Codemasters pentru un nou joc action-adventure, plasat într-o lume fantasy sărită de pe fix şi presărată cu umor negru (gen Dungeon Keeper). Numele jocului este Overlord, iar inovaţia sa de căpătâi o reprezintă adiţia a tot felul de drăcuşori - Minions - supuşi Overlorzimii Tale. Aceştia se vor folosi de skill-urile lor unice pentru a-ţi satisface poftele, vor lupta şi, la nevoie, vor muri pentru tine. De-a lungul jocului, vei putea controla o hoardă întreagă de asemenea creaturi împieliţate, care îţi vor îndeplini orice poruncă, oricât de despotică sau de periculoasă ar fi ea pentru Minions.

Controlling a mysterious figure that has inherited the legacy of the evil, long-dead Overlord, the player emerges, near death, from the ruins of the old Overlord's Dark Tower. Only the player's actions will determine if they will rise to become the new all-powerful Overlord; it's all down to how much of a bad ass they want to be in order to succeed... evil or really evil! Played out with plenty of black humour and dark irony, the game will immerse players in twisted parodies of classic fantasy scenarios and characters.

Overlord va fi lansat în 2007 pentru PC şi Xbox 360, însă Codemasters nu a confirmat încă prezenţa jocului la E3 2006. Din fericire, câteva imagini sunt disponibile deja în galeria locală.
